  • The Gilgandra Observatory where you can look through a professional telescope.

  • Explore the Gilgandra Coo-ee Heritage Centre; housing items from the Coo-ee March of 1915, Aboriginal artefacts, local history and the recently expanded Rural Museum.

  • Orana Cactus World where you can see all the prickles!

  • The Hitchen House, home of the Hitchen brothers who initiated the Coo-ee March, is now set up as a museum.

  • The Flora Reserve makes an ideal picnic location

  • Berida Woolshed, Ian and Dianne McCutcheon invite groups of 15 people or more to look at the century old woolshed.
